As used in these Delivery Services Terms and Conditions ("Delivery Terms"), "we" or "Palas" means Palas Software Pvt Ltd and "you" means the individual or entity engaging us for delivery services, including scheduled delivery service option for product(s) you purchase on palas-india.com. BY SCHEDULING OR SELECTING DELIVERY SERVICES THROUGH palas-india.com, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE DELIVERY TERMS, CONDITIONS OF USE, AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL GUIDELINES ON palas-india.com APPLICABLE TO THE DELIVERY SERVICES.

Delivery Services and Site Requirements. We will provide the Delivery Services you engage us to perform for the ordered product(s), through a third-party service provider, in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. The Delivery Services are nonrefundable once service is completed. If you do not follow the Guidelines, or for other safety or local code reasons, we may in our sole discretion decline to perform or we may reschedule services in whole or in part and issue you a full or partial refund.

Other Terms. We may amend these Delivery Services terms and conditions at our sole discretion by posting revised terms and conditions on the palas-india.com website. Your continued use of the Delivery Services after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Delivery Services is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Conditions of Use.
