Palas Self Service Print Station System (PSSPS) helps maintain social distance and minimizes contact between user and service provider.

Self Service - just go to one of several convenient locations where PSSPS powered HP Print Stations are kept, such as convenience stores and easily print and pay without any contact with any person.

 · Easy to use

· Print from USB pen drive or phone in colour or mono

· Scan & print from paper documents

· Pay onscreen using e-wallet like PayTm, UPI, Google Pay, Grab, Amazon Pay

· Collect your print-outs from tray (paper exit)

Different software modules depending on need:

MODULE B (Basic Starter)

· Files (pdf documents or images) can be transferred from users

   USB pen drive or mobile phone

· Photocopy documents/ images

· Print prices are set uniformly across all kiosk installations

· Prices can be changed centrally at any time

· Pay using e-wallets (country specific wallets can be added)

· Print in In Black & White or Colour

MODULE P1 : All features of Module B and

· Print prices are set separately for each location

MODULE P2 : All features of Module P1 and

· User can get receipt via email. Site owner where Print Station is installed may need to configure local GST/VAT details if required

MODULE P3 : All features of Module P1 and

· Transfer files from Android phones by connecting USB cable

MODULE M1 : All features of Module P1 and

· Print pre-stored pdf documents, for example:

· Application forms for Govt services like driving license, passport, voter identity

· School textbook worksheets for economically weaker students in Govt schools

· Some of these may require permissions from concerned authorities

   MODULE M2 : All features of Module P1 and

                    · Design & print personalised greeting cards.

                    · Choose from one of the built-in designs, add an image from phone, add a special message

                    · Printed greeting can be delivered personally, or couriered (may require purchase of some additional                                                 items , like envelope, photo frame, courier service)

 MODULE M3 : All features of Module P1 and

· Works on any HP touchscreen all-in-one PC kept on a table, with printer by its side

MODULE M4 : All features of Module P1 and

· Remote Printing—send pdf document or image to a nearby Print Station, site owner can print and either keep for collection by user, or send by local courier
