You can use any workstation, desktop computer or Laptop with our touch monitors. Our touch systems require x86/x64 processors. We do not support ARM processors.Our touch systems support Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux and Android operating systems.
Mounting is via VESA mounts at the back of the touch system. 10.4-inch to 27-inch use 100mm VESA mounts. 32-inch uses 200mm VESA mounts. 46-inch to 65-inch uses 400mm VESA mounts. Touch systems with flange bezels get additional support from the flange and can be drop-fitted into panels from the front.
Some monitors can be converted to touch while retaining the existing plastic body. All monitors can be converted to touch using our metal panel body. Please send us details of your monitor so we can determine touch fitment feasibility.
By default, our touch systems do not come with a desktop / table top stand or wall mount or floor stand / kiosk. Desktop / table top stands are available at Rs. 1,200 per unit (for 10.4-inch to 24-inch only). Wall mounts are available at Rs. 1,200 per unit (for all display sizes). Kiosk prices start at Rs. 16,000 per unit. Prices depends on display size, finish, material, colour, features, etc.
Our touch monitors need to be connected to a PC / laptop / desktop / thin client. It will act as a normal monitor, except that instead of a mouse / trackpad, you can touch the screen. Our touch PCs run Microsoft Windows as standard and are like all-in-one PCs, with a touch screen.
If you need to place a protective glass in front, we suggest using our xxxPMxx and xxxBMxx series of monitors and computers. These use our PCT touch sensors, which already have a protective glass in front of the sensor. In these series, though a bit more expensive, we also have an option of the front surface being fully sealed against even jets of water.
Our touch PCs can connect to the Internet via LAN/ethernet/WiFi (depending on specification). The touch PCs run Microsoft Windows as standard, and you can load any web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) to browse the Internet.

Due to the compact design of our touch PCs, it is difficult to upgrade the Processor / RAM / storage post sale. The system will have to be brought to any of our offices for upgrades.
If you can load your automation/logic software on a standard PC, and run your control equipment from that PC, then yes, you will be able to replace your existing HMI. Many HMI’s with proprietary hardware have the control software pre-loaded on the HMI, in which case you will not be able to replace. For example some smaller PLCs will have HMIs with ladder-logic in-built, or the HMIs will have a proprietary communication protocol/connector, then too you will not be able to replace. But even in such cases, there may be a communication port on the PLC itself, eg LAN port, which permits open communication to a PC – in such cases the control schematics can be viewed on our system which will have a much bigger display than most HMIs. If you let us know your HMI and PLC model and communication architecture, then we may be able to advise better.
Depending on display size, contrast ratio varies from 600:1 (TN technology monitors) to 1,000,000:1 (OLED technology monitors). Please let us know if you have a specific contrast ratio requirement.
Fanless systems have many advantages such as 1) Silent operation 2) Less possibility of dust / debris entering the touch system and causing system failures. 3) No Moving Parts 4) Location installation flexibility (example: outdoor locations - more dust, in-wall installations - less ventilation)
SSDs are more reliable when it comes to harsh environments than HDDs because they don’t have moving parts like actuator arms. SSDs can withstand extreme temperatures better than HDDs. SSDs are faster too.
Our single-touch systems require drivers. Drivers are not necessary for our multi-touch systems. We recommend installing the drivers for added features such as 'Double-Click Speed', 'Double-Click Area', 'Beep-On-Touch', etc. Please check driver installation procedure on our support page.

Please note that the OS must be a full-fledged version, and not a stripped down version. If you already have a Microsoft Windows 10 Pro License Key/Digital License, Make sure you're up to date on any Windows Updates. Navigate again to Start Menu > Settings > Updates and Security > Activation. Under Activation, select Change product key. The Product Key window will open.Enter the 25-digit Windows Pro Product Key. Select Next. If your key is correct, the upgrade will start, and you'll soon get a message that Windows has been upgraded.

Our logistic partners are BlueDart and FedEx. We deliver wherever they have service. For other locations we request you to collect the touch system yourself from our New Delhi office. Alternately, we can deliver to the closest serviceable location of BlueDart or FedEx as HAL (Hold At Location), from where the material can be collected by you.

Yes, you can, but we do not recommend it. The touch sensor is a delicate piece of glass which is easy to break. Installation of the touch sensor also requires a clean room and jigs/fixtures, which are only available in our factory.
As long as the software application allows it, many tasks can be performed at the same time by many different users, on the same multi-touch system. It increases interaction and collaboration between users. An example is in a play school, where many children can draw/colour on our multi-touch tables at the same time. Another example is in a corporate boardroom for a collaborative presentation.
